Every year a group of dysphasics who know each other from school or from the Afasic Activity Weeks that the charity use to put on for the young adults.

Every summer, usually around the end of July to the beginning of August, a group of dysphasics around 20 in total all decesend on the small village of Stainforth in Yorkshire, where they stay in a bunkbarn near the village.

We usually have 4 "helpers" who are mainly drivers for us, and one of them is my cousin.

The activities we do:

• Walking,
• Visiting historic places,
• Visiting amusement parks, such as Lightwater Valley, Forbidden Corner
• Cinema

...and so much more. We don't always do the same things every year.
